What is "Eco Tracked" shipping?

Great question! 

Traditional shipping works this way...

The order travels from supplier to us, then travels from us to our courier, then travels from the courier to your door.

With our free Eco Shipping option, our supplier sends out the order, straight from where it was made, to your doorstep. This means no unnecessary and wasteful travel. Your order will "car-pool" with countless other orders that are already on their way to your country - so there's no extra emissions.

Better yet - for every order shipped with "Eco Tracked", we plant one tree!

This helps us offset our carbon emissions even further and makes your purchase even more meaningful.

Do you accept returns?

Of course! We accept returns for 30-days for any reason after you receive your order. You can read our full refund and returns policy here. To start a return, contact us so we can authorise the return and generate a returns label for you.

What is my order status?

See our order status page to view your order status. You will be given a tracking number once your order has been processed. Please note that your tracking number will only update once Royal Mail has received and scanned your order.

How do I look after my product?

Product care instructions are printed on the zip-lock bag we deliver our gym wear in. For the majority of the products, the care guide is as follows...

  • Wash at 30°C
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Hang Dry
  • Iron On Low Heat (10°C)
  • Do Not Tumble Dry

How long does it take to receive my order?

Our average delivery time is within two weeks of order placement. 

Delivery time will naturally vary throughout the year - you will be given an approximate delivery time at checkout when you select your shipping option.

We are as transparent about our shipping times as possible.

Where do you ship from?

The majority of our orders are shipped straight from our manufacturer with our free "Eco Tracked" shipping option.

We will soon be making faster delivery options available to our UK customers. Keep an eye out!

How do I find the right size?

Use our size chart on our product pages to find the right size for you. If you are between sizes, we recommend going for the size higher rather than lower. If a product doesn't fit, just start your free return by contacting us!

Did you send me the right size? They look tiny!

A lot of our customers are surprised by how small our leggings look when they first arrive. Rest assured, once you try them on, you'll be amazed how they sculpt to your body like a second skin. If you would prefer a looser fit, go for a size up. 

On the rare occasion you have genuinely received the incorrect size, or the size you have chosen is not suitable, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

What if I am not happy with my product or my product quality?

If for whatever reason you aren't happy, or your product just isn't up to scratch, send us an email and a member of our friendly customer support team will respond to you within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only change or cancel orders that have not been processed. Once your order is processed, we cannot cancel or change your order.

Orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, so please ensure your all your details are correct before you proceed to payment.

Where are your products manufactured?

All of our products are responsibly manufactured by our trusted supplier based in China. They produce some of the best gym wear in the world!
